  Warranty Policy

 

QUALITY TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED will fulfill all of your obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All our new products carry a standard 1 year warranty or Ex-Leased Products, which may vary warranty period and should be mention the warranty period on purchasing receipt. Our warranty works on a Return To Base basis. This means that should a fault occur with your product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment. Once we have received an item, we will book the item in and send to our technician for assessment. All items are repaired if possible, if a repair is not possible or feasible, we will arrange a replacement item, if a replacement is not possible we will arrange a credit or refund. All service items are subject to a $40 deposit payable at the time of booking item in. This deposit will be refunded should the item be repaired, replaced or credited under warranty. Should the item be found to be non-warranty, this deposit is kept as an assessment fee and will not be refunded.

Please note: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Liquid/ Moisture, sand/ dust, Broken impact or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty. The original receipt is required for a warranty claim otherwise warranty shall not be entertain with out original receipt. 

Important: All returns are subject to inspection by ourselves and/or our service department. Returned products must be in the same condition as received including all packaging and accessories, items must be completely unused. Faulty items will be covered under our Warranty Policy. Due to our constantly fluctuating prices, refunds will be given at the original price on the receipt. Refunds will be performed using the same method as original payment. However, if paid by cash, we may issue bank check to refund to, as we may not have sufficient cash to perform the refund. Please choose carefully, products can not be replaced and no refund will be entertained on change of mind.

If any faulty product falls in Manufacturer warranty domain as mentioned above, the faulty product shall be replaced with new one, subject to availability or cash refund.
Minimum 07 to 10 working days require to asses the faulty product new or ex leased.


Please make sure to ask purchased receipt of any product from salesman and confirmed that warranty period should mention on receipt new or ex leased products

SERVICE WARRANTY : 

  • All repaired or fault devices will have 90 days warranty after service completion and only valid for the repaired fault / faults.

  • EQUIPMENT FOUND TO BE LIQUID OR PHYSICALLY DAMAGED MAY, AT DISCRETION OF THE REPAIRER, IS EXCLUDED FROM ALL WARRANTIES.

      OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Failure or defects caused by missuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal operation, improper handling or storage, neglect, alteration, removal or repairs, exposure to fire, water, liquid, food.

  • It is customer responsibility to back up all data before presenting the device for repair. QUALITY TECH SOLUTIONS LTD takes no responsibility for data stored within the device.

  • All amounts owing to Quality Tech Solutions Ltd. must be paid in full on collection of goods. Goods will remain the property of Quality Tech Solutions Ltd. until payment is received in full. If repaired goods are not picked up within 30 days of completion, the goods will be kept in lieu of payment.

  • If any customer does not turn up to pick up their goods after repair, after two reminders company can sale those goods to recover its cost and no longer customer has got any rights to claim their goods.
